How Does This Work?

Today when you work with a real estate agent and buy a home, you don’t pay any commissions. Your agent is compensated by the seller.
Under the Home Buyer Reward program, some of these funds can be allocated to you.

Example to give an idea of how the reward program works: 
Approx $700,000 purchase price
1% of $700,000 = $7000
