You (The home seller) pay’s $55,000 plus HST in commissions to your agent Total: $62,150
You pay us a Flat fee of $6000 plus HST = a Total: of $6,780...that's it
$62,150 - $6780 = $55,370
Savings of a whopping: $55,370...This amount is for You to Keep in your Pocket
A) Who pays the buyer agent fee?
1) We leave this up to you to decide….which is fair…why? Let's say a buyer agent comes in with some kind of a HIGH offer…and you really, really want to accept this offer and you don't want to lose it…you could consider compensating the buyer's agent for bringing in such a high offer…however…. If you want our help…we can advise you on how to proceed…again...we leave it up to you
2) If a buyer comes to us directly (via our own marketing channels) with no agent signed on.
Then, You DO NOT pay any kind of extra fee to us (Buyer Agent fee) except $99 to cover our admin costs
(We could consider waiving that cost…a referral would go a long way)
B) What about marketing, and advertising?
1) Will this property show on the MLS?.... Yes, Included in our fee
2) What about photography?.... Yes, Included in our fee
3) Who pays for this?.... We cover this, included in our fee
